1. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
2. The costs for returning delivery relay on the buyer.
3. If you find any kinds of damage please inform us immediately about the nature of damage providing picture that would prove that it have been caused by the way of packaging or the quality of product.
4. Please make sure that the item is returned along with tracking number, written confirmation of the fault, plus your order number, name and address, contact number and a brief note as to the nature of the return.
5. For international returns, all packages need to be marked as "returned goods" to prevent custom charges and to have a tracking number.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If a package is not marked as such then we may not accept the return or charge the customs and tax duty to you.
Don't hesitate to contact us and discuss any questions or terms of the order before placing it. To know that you are pleased with your product and receive it in time is always our priority.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
1.Custom or personalized orders
2.Items on sale
1. By placing your order you constitute acceptance of the terms described at which point you are bound to your contract.
2. Usually creating of any product takes 3-6 weeks, unless the product is marked as "READY TO SHIP".
In that case we will ship your order during 3-5 business days after receiving the payment (excluding weekends).
3. By default, we send all items by Deutsche Post (from Germany) or Ukrainian Post (from Ukraine) with a tracking number.
Standard shipping period depends of the country, but usually takes :
Germany: 3-5 business days
United States: 10-14 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days.
The option of expedited shipping by services as FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS is available but for that you need to contact us before placing the order. The expedited shipping would require extra payment.
4. We are not responsible for the shipping delays or losses if they are cause by the work of delivery service or border control.
5. If you need your order for a fixed date, inform us in advance before purchase
6. Please check if your shipping details as an address, post code, phone number etc., are correct. We always ship the parcel using the address noticed in your order.
